X-750 Nickel Alloy is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-chromium alloy known for its corrosion and oxidation resistance and high strength at temperatures to1500°F after suitable heat treatment. X-750 is creep-rupture strength at temperatures to about 1290oF and high tensile strength. This alloy is resistant to a wide variety of industrial corrosives under both oxidizing and reducing conditions. X-750 has excellent workability including machinability and welding.
Nickel alloy 188 is a cobalt-base alloy that offers good resistance to oxidation to 2000°F and excellent high temperature strength. The alloy also has good sulfidation resistance, excellent metallurgical stability, and good ductility after prolonged exposure to temperatures of 760-871.1°C (1400-1600°F). It has good ductility.
A-286 is an iron-nickel-chromium based austenitic alloy which is age hardening, high strength, and is often treated to provide superior creep strength.A-286’s most notable virtue is its wide temperature range. It can maintain high strength when faced with continuous exposure from -320 to 1300°F (700°C) and remains resistant to oxidation even when continuously exposed to […]
Incoloy 800 is an iron-nickel-chromium alloy with moderate strength and good resistance to oxidation and carburization at temperatures up to 1100° F, where alloys 800H and 800HT are normally used in temperatures above 1100° F where resistance to creep and rupture is required. The chemical balance allows the nickel steel alloy to exhibit excellent resistance to carburization, […]
